It uses five styles of long strokes: Effleurage (sliding or gliding), Petrissage( kneading), Tapotement ( rhythmic tapping), Friction( cross fiber) and Vibration. <li>Helps reduce pain</li> <li>Helps increase blood circulation</li> <li>Reduces stress and anxiety</li> <li>Decrease blood pressure</li>

Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellation Policy. Please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full massage session. You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. No shows or same day cancellations will be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service price.
